*Travel over 4 hours from the Omaha area billed at $0.60 per mile

*Additional charge of $200 added for lodging anywhere 4+ hours outside of the Omaha area 

*$150 referral discount for friends and family

*$100 Veteran/Active duty Military, EMS and Police Discount

 

Day of Coordination Services:

•  2 meetings 1 month and 2 weeks prior to your big day

• 12 hours of on site time day of

• Rehearsal coordination

• Full itinerary/timeline for all your vendors

• Communication with vendors for arrival time as well as set-up instructions

• Vendor check-in

• Detailed floor plan for set-up

• Overseeing of everything on the big day especially the time line to ensure the photographer/videographer get all the special moments captured in their already contracted time frame

• Guest greeting

• MOST IMPORTANTLY.... help to remove the stress from the couple so they can enjoy their time with friends and family!!!!!!!

All weddings include:

• Meeting with couple twice prior to event to go over plans 

• Customized song lists

• Light show

• Allow song requests at the event

• Dismiss dinner tables 

• Work with venues on last call 

• Work with photographer to get all important photos within their time at the reception

• A NIGHT TO REMEMBER!

 

Applies to all events:

*Pay in full 2 weeks prior to the event (If paying by check, funds must clear the bank 2 weeks prior to event)

$30 Returned check fee for any checks returned for insufficient funds

*Cancelations 2 weeks prior to the event will receive full refund minus any nonrefundable deposits 

*25% non-refundable deposit
